🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, with a focus on resort development and management.
• Proven track record of successfully leading hospitality projects.
• Strong understanding of hospitality technologies and software, including CRM systems and guest management software.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
