📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting job fairs, career fairs, and networking events to attract and recruit top talent.
• Building and maintaining a strong network of potential candidates through LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Sourcing and screening candidates for various positions within the company.
• Conducting initial interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the role.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.
• Providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Analyzing recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.
• Strong understanding of local job market and ability to build relationships with potential candidates.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software such as Jobvite, Greenhouse, or Bullhorn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
