Place Bit Lestari is seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reconciling accounts, and providing support to the accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in accounting to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Reconcile bank and credit card statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Process and verify invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.,Provide support to the accounting team in the preparation of tax returns and financial reports.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis.,Participate in audits and internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide support to the finance manager in the preparation of financial presentations and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Familiarity with accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Previous experience in accounting or a related field is a plus.
