📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct customer inquiries to the appropriate departments.,Check guests in and out, and process their payments.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Handle and distribute mail and packages.,Assist with event set-up and tear-down.,Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using computer software and basic office equipment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
