📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure high levels of customer service and sales.,Manage and mentor a team of store assistants, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement store-specific sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the regional manager to ensure store performance aligns with company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in the retail industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail operations, sales, and customer service.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of inventory management and stock control systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
