📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and mentor junior accountants to ensure they meet their performance targets.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis is a plus.
