📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring that all patients receive high-quality care.,Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the medical team.,Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient outcomes.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.,Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.,Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and nursing practices.,Manage and delegate tasks to nursing staff, ensuring that all responsibilities are met efficiently and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical or managerial nursing role.,Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Indonesia.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
