📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on machinery and electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime
• Conduct preventive maintenance schedules and inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production operations
• Document maintenance activities and keep detailed records of all repairs and servicing
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all team members
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to maintain and improve our machinery

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or related technical roles
• Proven experience with machinery maintenance, particularly in manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with CNC machines, injection molding machines, and assembly lines
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for maintenance tasks
