Depot Bimo Cafe & Coffee is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This is a full-time position located in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur, offering a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting store visits to monitor sales performance and customer satisfaction.,Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers.,Promoting products and services to increase sales and brand awareness.,Managing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Collaborating with the marketing team to participate in promotional activities.,Training and mentoring junior staff to maintain high service standards.,Providing regular sales reports to management for decision-making purposes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales and marketing software and tools.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
