In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the expectations of our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events, including menu selection, guest lists, and event logistics.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all event requirements are met.,Manage the banquet staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages at events.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle client communications and ensure their satisfaction with the event.,Manage event budgets and ensure they are adhered to.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet or event management.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of event planning software and tools.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.,Experience with budget management and cost control.
