📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the main tutors in preparing and delivering lessons to students.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback to tutors.,Help maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs.,Support administrative tasks related to the educational process.,Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student performance.,Assist in the organization of educational materials and resources.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a teaching or tutoring role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with educational software and tools.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Ability to adapt to different teaching methods and styles.,Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
