📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient and effective management of warehouse resources.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring they are trained and motivated to perform their duties effectively.,Ensure that all warehouse activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is accurately recorded and managed.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that warehouse operations support overall business objectives.,Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes and procedures.,Ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to in the warehouse.,Manage and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with warehouse management software is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
