🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in community services, with a proven track record in program management and leadership.
• Strong understanding of community development principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proficient in using project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial management software like QuickBooks or similar.
• Certification in community development or a related field is a plus.
