HRD Supervisor (E-Commerce) - Fashion Brand Recruitment Specialist

Harmoni Karya Berkah Niaga Digital is a rapidly growing e-commerce fashion brand based in Jawa Barat, and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced HRD Supervisor (E-Commerce) to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our fashion brand through strategic talent acquisition, ensuring we have the right talent to drive our growth and success.

As an HRD Supervisor (E-Commerce), you will be responsible for leading our recruitment efforts, sourcing top talent, and building a strong pipeline of candidates for various roles within our organization. You will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will also be responsible for managing our recruitment processes, from job postings to candidate selection and onboarding. Additionally, you will be involved in employee engagement initiatives, ensuring our team members are motivated and satisfied in their roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the recruitment process for various roles within the organization, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source and attract top candidates.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
• Manage job postings on various job boards and career portals, ensuring our brand is well-represented.
• Conduct initial interviews and screenings to identify the most qualified candidates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports to management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record in talent acquisition and recruitment.
• Experience in the fashion or e-commerce industry is a plus.
• Proficient in using recruitment software such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
• Strong knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and its integration with HRIS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
