YIELD Sejahtera is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage our vehicle fleet efficiently. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from our office in Banyumas and remotely. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can ensure our vehicles are well-maintained and our drivers are safe and efficient. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring all vehicles are in good condition and meet safety standards.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure they are properly trained and follow all safety protocols.,Monitor vehicle usage and fuel consumption to optimize costs and efficiency.,Schedule and arrange for vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.,Oversee the fleet's insurance and registration, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and valid.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections to identify any potential issues and address them promptly.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities, including maintenance, repairs, and usage.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Proficient in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
