Pro Data Dinamis is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Counter professional to join our team in Canggu, Bali. This is a hybrid role, offering the best of both worlds: the flexibility of remote work and the engagement of an in-office environment. As a Sales Counter representative, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers, and driving sales to help us achieve our growth targets.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide product information and recommendations to customers.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area.,Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed daily sales targets.,Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).,Must be able to work in a hybrid environment (2 days in-office, 3 days remote).
