Tech Smart Jaya is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lead HR Staff to join our team in Tangerang. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a passion for helping employees grow and thrive.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement.,Lead and mentor HR staff and other departments on HR best practices.,Handle employee grievances and disputes, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
