📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.,Conduct employee training and development programs.,Handle employee benefits and compensation.,Manage employee records and documentations.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Collaborate with management to address HR-related issues and concerns.,Provide HR support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with HR software and tools is a plus.,Knowledge of HR best practices and trends is a plus.
