As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and comfortable dining environment.,Manage and develop a team of restaurant staff, including waitstaff, bartenders, and kitchen staff, to ensure they are trained and motivated to deliver exceptional service.,Monitor and control food and beverage costs to ensure profitability and maintain high-quality standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Work closely with the corporate office to ensure that the restaurant is aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
