📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Receive and process customer orders accurately and promptly.,Maintain and update customer order records in the company's system.,Coordinate with the warehouse and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.,Provide exceptional customer service and support.,Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed.,Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.,Assist in resolving any order-related issues or disputes.,Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with sales software and inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Willingness to travel to multiple locations in Bali.
