Crew Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. This is a remote position based in Bali, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the specified locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our AU Payments Company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the financial operations of the AU Payments Company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure timely and accurate processing of all financial transactions, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Monitor and maintain financial records, including general ledger, sub-ledger, and fixed asset registers.,Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures, including reconciliations and adjustments.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Provide financial analysis and advice to support business decision-making.,Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures related to financial operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role, preferably in the payments or financial services industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
