📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Contacting potential customers to promote our products or services.,Answering customer inquiries and addressing their concerns.,Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.,Assisting in the development of sales strategies and plans.,Collaborating with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.,Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships.,Updating and maintaining customer databases.,Participating in team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
