As an Executive, Tenant Management, you will be the primary point of contact for tenants, handling inquiries, maintenance requests, and lease agreements. Your mission is to foster strong tenant relationships, ensuring a seamless living experience for our valued residents. With your expertise in tenant relations and property management, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our properties.

Based in Bali, you will work closely with our team of property managers, maintenance staff, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional service. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering outstanding results.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage tenant relations, including lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
• Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution of tenant issues.
• Monitor tenant satisfaction and feedback to improve property services.
• Assist in the marketing and leasing of properties, including showing units to potential tenants.
• Maintain accurate records of tenant information and property details using our in-house management system.
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of property management strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in tenant relations and property management.
• Proven track record of managing tenant portfolios and maintaining high tenant satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with property management software, such as Yardi, OnQ, or similar systems.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
