📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular asset tagging and verification to ensure all fixed assets are accurately recorded and inventoried.
• Collaborate with the finance team to maintain and update the asset management database using SAP or similar software.
• Prepare and submit monthly asset reports, including depreciation schedules and asset disposal records.
• Assist in the physical inspection of assets to verify their condition and location.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to manage asset transfers, disposals, and replacements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements regarding fixed asset management.
• Provide support to the finance team during audits and financial reviews.
• Maintain accurate records of all asset transactions and changes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in fixed asset management or a similar role.
• Proficient in using asset management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP or Indonesian GAAP).
• Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
