• Monitor and analyze transaction data using SAS Fraud Management and IBM InfoSphere to detect fraudulent activities.
• Investigate and resolve customer disputes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement fraud prevention strategies, including risk assessments and policy updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of fraud cases.
• Provide training and support to staff on fraud detection and prevention measures.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in fraud detection and prevention.
• Participate in audits and reviews to ensure the effectiveness of fraud controls.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fraud detection, risk management, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SAS Fraud Management and IBM InfoSphere.
