In this role, you will assist in developing and implementing patient treatment plans, conduct therapeutic exercises, and monitor patient progress. You will work closely with our team of physical therapists, massage therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our patients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and implementing patient treatment plans.
- Conduct therapeutic exercises and manual therapies under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
- Monitor patient progress and document treatment outcomes using electronic health records (EHR) such as Epic or Practice Fusion.
- Collaborate with the physical therapy team to ensure seamless patient care and coordination.
- Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, updating patient records, and maintaining clinic records.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of the physical therapy clinic, including equipment and supplies.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay updated with the latest advancements in physical therapy.
- Promote a positive and supportive work environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and patient-centered care.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) certification from a recognized accrediting agency.
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a PTA in a clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and physical therapy principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic or Practice Fusion.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and clinical documentation guidelines.
