You'll be responsible for serving drinks, assisting with food service, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Serve and mix drinks using our in-house cocktail recipes and standard drink recipes.
• Assist with food service, including plating and serving food to guests.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests feel welcome and well taken care of.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and restocking supplies.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of alcohol.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new products and services.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a bar or restaurant setting, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of standard drink recipes and cocktail making.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
