📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in the development and implementation of language teaching programs.
- Support student engagement activities and events.
- Help with administrative tasks, including student records and communications.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the academy.
- Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced educators.
- Assist in the evaluation and improvement of teaching methods.
- Contribute to the creation of educational materials and resources.
- Support the academy's marketing and promotional efforts.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Currently enrolled in a final-year program in Education, Linguistics, or a related field, or recent graduate within the past 2 years.
- Strong communication skills in English and at least one other language.
- Basic knowledge of educational technology and software, such as Google Workspace, Zoom, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for language learning and teaching.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
