As the Branch Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage a team of cash handlers and support staff, and ensure that all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. You will be responsible for maintaining high levels of security and efficiency, while also fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of cash handlers and support staff to ensure efficient and secure cash operations.
• Oversee daily branch operations, including cash receipts, disbursements, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to cash handling and secure logistics.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track branch performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular training and development sessions for the team to ensure ongoing skill enhancement.
• Manage and maintain secure storage facilities, including vaults and safes, to ensure the safety of cash and valuables.
• Collaborate with regional and headquarters teams to align branch operations with company-wide goals and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cash management and secure logistics, with a proven track record in managing teams and operations.
• Certification in cash handling and secure logistics, such as the Certified Cash Manager (CCM) or similar.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to cash handling and secure logistics.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficient in using cash management software, such as Brinks' proprietary systems or similar platforms.
• Experience in managing and maintaining secure storage facilities, including vaults and safes.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
