📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and optimize accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and reporting.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
- Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable records using SAP and other financial software.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
- Proficient in using SAP and other financial software.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
