📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs for heavy equipment operators, covering topics such as equipment operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions using our fleet of heavy equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, and haul trucks.
• Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure they meet industry standards and safety regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, equipment technologies, and safety best practices.
• Collaborate with the mining operations team to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.
• Mentor and guide less experienced trainers to ensure consistent training quality.
• Maintain accurate records of trainee progress and training completion.
• Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the training program.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a heavy equipment operator or mechanic in the mining industry.
• Certification as a Heavy Equipment Operator (HEO) or equivalent, preferably from the Indonesian Mining Industry Training Institute (IMTI).
• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively instruct and mentor others.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
